Jerry Hill 

Retired from the US Navy after serving 20 years, then went to work as a technical trainer and curriculum developer for a major capital medical products company teaching technicians how to repair and maintain the products the company sold.

He then went to work for a dial up ISP in the early days of the Internet ending as a partner in a medium size cable TV, Internet and phone provider in Pennsylvania.

He retired from that in 2016 and moved to Tennessee. 

Jerry is also a certified Rider Coach with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, teaching newbies how to ride motorcycles.

He is certified through the NRA to teach the NRA advanced pistol courses is a Chief Range Safety Officer and certified to teach the Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry  Class.

Eric Hill

Command Sergeant Major (Retired)
United States Army Special Operations Forces

Eric V. Hill is a 31-year combat veteran of the United States Army. As a Special Forces Non-commissioned Officer, Eric has amassed extensive experience in deliberate and crisis management planning, resourcing, managing, and executing operations of vital strategic significance. His career encompasses over twelve years on a Special Forces Operational Detachment–Alpha (A-Team), serving as the team engineer, and team sergeant; three-years as an Engineer Instructor at Special Forces School; Company Operations Sergeant, managing the operational, logistical, and training requirements of 80 personnel; Company Sergeant Major, Managing the manning, deployment, personnel development, and training of 80 personnel; Battalion Operations Sergeant Major, managing the deployment, training, and day to day operations of 350 personnel; and Battalion Sergeant Major, managing over 350 personnel. These military positions enabled Eric to master processes for managing personnel across the operational spectrum through leadership and innovation.

Since retirement, Eric has deployed as the Director of Operations for the Counter-Insurgency Advisory and Assistance Team, managing day-to-day operations of Counter Insurgency Advisors through all Regional Commands in Afghanistan. Eric went on to manage the battlefield forensics program for Special Operations Command, Pacific. He currently serves as a leadership instructor for personnel in high-risk professions such as firefighters and police.
